Notes: Most of the JCSG constructs have a 6thio6his tag immediately before the N-terminal tag. This means that every protein expressed and purified has the tag amino acids (MGSDKIHHHHHH) in front of the N-terminus. Special tag in protocol 30: N-terminal HHHHHHTDPALRA, first residue deleted and C-terminal GLCGR.

The start codon is a ATG/Methionine in most of sequences, but the GTG/V, TTG/L, CTG/I can be the start codons in some cases as expressing in E.coli. The start codon warning is labelled by RED color in sequence(sample: 10174951).
